Environmental Surveillance Demolition of Buildings in Docapesca Pedroucos

The specific objectives of the Environmental Inspection were: Verification and Validation Plan for the Prevention and Management of Construction and Demolition Waste and Environmental Monitoring Plan and Environmental Management Plan prepared by the contractor; Monitoring the work developed by the contractor with the respective environmental performance record, in order to identify the occurrence of potential nonconformities and the need for implementation of corrective measures; Regularly inform the owner of the workforce development contracts.
• The Demolition of buildings Docapesca Pedroucos involved the Environmental Inspection of the following issues in works: cleaning, dismantling and total demolition of buildings; Three visits per week to works and supervision of a meeting with the Owner Setting-to-Work and contractor were performed. For each visit with a visit report containing recommendations for improvement was developed and a monthly monitoring report was prepared.
